It's OK to change your mind.
We understand what it's like buying clothes online, so we've made returns as easy as possible for you.
If you change your mind or the sizing isn't quite right, that's no problem, just contact kelly@folklove.com.au to get a returns authorisation within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
How do I return?
- Contact us on kelly@folklove.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order
- Complete the returns form provided and post back to us
- The return postage is paid by you. Folklove will pay for the postage to you if a replacement product is required due to a fault.
- Once the returned products have been received back to us and a refund or exchange has been approved according to the Returns Conditions below, you will be notified by email
- Refunds will be processed minus the cost of shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days
Returns Conditions
- Please contact us within 7 days of getting your parcel
- We can only accept items returned in their original condition.
- As you would expect, all items must be clean, unworn or unused, unwashed, and have all original ticketing and labelling still attached to the item.
- Thank you for only returning items that are undamaged, in the original packaging and have protective seals intact
- We do not accept returns on sale items. Our sale items are such a bargain that the purchase of items on sale is final with no refunds, exchanges or credits.
